1. ความหนาของพื้นไม้ลามิเนต
มี 2 ความหนามาตรฐาน 8 mm และ 12 mm พื้นไม้ลามิเนตความหนา 8 mm เป็นรุ่นที่นิยมสำหรับงานพื้นชั้นสองบ้านจัดสรรและคอนโดเพราะมีราคาถูก รุ่นความหนา 12 mm มีราคาสูงกว่ารุ่น 8 mm (70-120 บาทต่อตร.ม.) โดยรุ่น 12 mm เหมาะกับงานบ้านพักอาศัย เมื่อสัมผัสจะให้ความรู้สึกที่แน่นมากกว่ารุ่น 8 mm
